REBUILD SELF-confident WITH FITNESS
I didn’t grow up with fitness as a dominant part in my life. In my late teens to early twenties, I gradually gained around 20 pounds and one day as I gazed at myself in the mirror, I felt a wave of misery wash over me. I saw a girl who was battling depression, feeling powerless over both my body and my life.
I made a commitment to myself and delved into researching weightlifting. In the early stages of my training journey, I experienced numerous mistakes that hindered my progress, such as overdoing cardio, not pushing myself hard enough and making poor dietary choices. Reflecting on my experience, I realized how beneficial it would be for others to avoid these pitfalls and reach their desired body faster.
In 2018, I earned certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and for the past six years, I've been coaching clients in both New York and Los Angeles. Working with women is my true passion, and I wake up each morning eager to empower them to overcome any challenges they may face.
My coaching style is best described in one word: FUN! I've noticed the most significant transformations in my clients when I introduced dynamic workouts instead of doing same exercises days after days and only increasing the weight. Rather than solely focusing on breaking personal records, I prioritize exercises that recruit multiple muscles and increase joint health. Outside of the gym, I enjoy practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and mountain biking.
